I JUST HAD TO WRITE THIS LETTER AND SAY THAT MR STANG IS TRULY A MAN OF HIS WORD.  NOT ONLY DID MR STANG GIVE ME SOME GOOD ADVICE DURING MY TIME OF CRISIS; HE ALSO STOOD BY ME WHENEVER I  WOULD CALL UPON HIM AND HIS SERVICES.  HE WAS THERE FOR MOST THE CONFERNCE CALLS AND DIRECT CONFRONTATIONS WITH MY LENDER AND WAS THERE THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS.   

I COULDN'T RECOMMEND A BETTER PERSON TO HELP YOU WITH A SITUATION CONCERNING YOUR PROPERTY OR REAL ESTATE.

   As a single mom and home owner I fell into the trap that many parents do. I owned my home for 6 years & had hopes to “someday” fix and update my house. But, like many, I spent a lot of time struggling to make ends meet and playing catch up.

   Recently, I was offered the opportunity to change residences but had to be prepared to move in 6 weeks. This move would provide a better education and influences for my child as he entered his teenage years, but how could I possibly move now? My home was in no shape to sell in an already saturated housing market and I had no money to put in it.

   With a limited amount of time I had to do some research, explore all options and ask myself some serious questions. Could I just rent my home? I’d have to still fix a lot of things, deal with inspections, background checks and collecting rent? Could I cover the mortgage if renters didn’t pay on time? No, not for me!
  
   I posted it on local websites as is, put a sign in my yard and was confident it would sell fast. But it wasn’t happening and time was slipping away, I was in a pinch to sell or would leave the dream of moving behind.

   I explored other possibilities, I called several “ugly house” types of investors too...do you know that not one took interest laying their eyes on my home? And then offered less money than my mortgage balance? This experience proved very impersonal and uncomfortable.

   Only OS Properties took interest in my individual needs during a challenging time. They asked questions, but most of all listened. I feel they worked hard to come up with a solution suitable for me. They understood the emotions involved when it comes to ones home and answered all my questions to be sure that I understood every aspect of the process. They presented to me an option that I was comfortable with, then as promised it went exactly the way they told me it would. It was simple, it went both smooth and painless, and it took just a week. 

   I have since moved and I wanted to take this opportunity thank Kevin and Joe of OS Properties “out loud.” I am very happy and grateful; they were there to help me reach success in the business of my personal life. OS properties helped me move obstacles to achieve my goal!!!
